 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All work is to be done on site not by the offices. 
• A period of 6 months guarantee is given on our installations. 
• A call out fee of R450.00 is paid whenever a technician is send to site and its not part of labour
• Labour is charged at an hourly rate of R750.00
• Upon completion of a job , an invoice has to be issued and payment should not take longer than 24 hours.
• All quotations are valid for only 30 days.
• Guarantee does not apply if installation has been tampered with by a client.
• Our turnaround time is up to 2 hours provided a fault has been reported before 1400hrs.
• Any faults reported after 1600hrs are most likely to be attended the following day.
• Our technicians are always available everyday including weekends and holidays.
• No guarantee on parts we did not supply as pro dstv installers .
• All our technicians are required to follow health protocols 
• We may required a small percentage deposit if we are to supply costy material.
• Electronic material are not guaranteed if damaged by natural causes ie lightning.
